The Emitor EFS-150 fusion splicer is Swedish built and well-made. It’s the newest splicer on the market yet an earlier version of the splicer which was originally sold by Future Instruments was designed by some of the same engineers who built the Ericsson FSU fusion splicer series. Emitor AB in Sweden bought the rights and after some upgrades has remarketed it worldwide.
